iam from nepal, paypal not accepting pay pal account from Nepal, it is available in India, can i open it from indian bank & transfer to nepal, please advise me . people asked question & want to make some donation also, but how? which one is cheapest way to sent money to nepal?

Hey frens do you know when will paypal be available in Nepal. I think I am the only one user of this country who mylot's here. But there is no meaning cause even if I earn I can't immediately withdraw it so does any one know when will it be available in mycountry nepal
